ONVIF DVR gives message that there is an authorization problem

Check login and password in the "Section "Users"". , any mistake in the setting won't let DVR to pass authorization and connect to PC-CCTV program.
Authorization procedure requires that UTC time value, set on DVR, were the same as time set on NVT (PC-CCTV program).
Usually, just after start, DVR asks NVT which time is set and would use the time value to complete data exchange operations with the NVT.
But some DVR won't ask time parameter from NVT. In that case if UTC DVR's time is not equal to the display time in the section "Sysetm" authorization won't happen.
In order to solve the problem change UTC DVR's time or change local program time with ODM.
